things to remember

This calculator has been developed by Carbon Footprint Ltd.

You will need your annual natural gas, electricity, and/or oil useage in order to determine household emissions. You can find this information on your utility bils. Only use annual energy useage (multiply your monthly bill useage by 12). For determining household emissions, most utility bills give the useage in cubic metres - there are about 10.8KWh in 1 cubic metre of natural gas.

Use of this calculator does not require you to buy carbon offsets from Carbon Footprint Ltd.
